Blaire’s treatments are largely soft tissue focussed, involving some aspect of remedial massage. As a Myotherapist, she also loves incorporating dry needling, cupping and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation) within her treatments. Blaire also has a passion for incorporating functional movement as a part of her consults. Currently she is studying Fitness and Rehabilitation and enjoys looking at the importance of fitness and strength in the overall presentation of her clients.

Blaire likes getting outdoors (or indoors at the gym) to keep active, but she’s also a big advocate of rest and recovery. She’ll probably tell you about both… and her dogs!

"Treating various injuries and conditions on a range of patients of all ages and activity levels keeps things both interesting and challenging.” Blaire Crawley
