Monday and Tuesday classes are led by Briony Dixon. Thursday and Friday classes are led by Ellie Florence

Classes are scheduled to suit people throughout the week. We welcome you to attend one or more class weekly. Each class is led by a clinically trained physiotherapist aiming to improve overall core and pelvic stability. An ideal class for anyone looking to improve low back pain, posture and lumbar strength.

 

Pregnancy and Postnatal Group Physio 

With Physiotherapist, Ellie Florence

Group Exercise for mums and mums-to-be aiming to improve core and pelvic stability. This class is suitable for anyone at any stage of pregnancy and 6 weeks following childbirth, speak to your obstetrician or a general practitioner if you have any concerns about exercise during or following pregnancy prior to attending.

Yoga Therapy

With Osteopath, Thanuja Vanderhoek

This class practices yoga to empower individuals by increasing self-awareness, improving functioning, health, and wellbeing. Ideal to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility of your body and reducing stress and anxiety for overall wellbeing.

 

Parents of Angels

With Osteopath, Thanuja Vanderhoek

This is a group is a safe and confidential space for parents to share their journey of loss and be supported by others who have encountered a similar journey.

What to bring

All mats and equipment for classes are supplied. For all classes wear comfortable clothing (active wear or lose comfortable clothes), bring a bottle of water.  You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
