Kasia has been practising remedial massage since 2008, working from a range of settings such as multi-modality clinics, sports medicine clinics to corporate massage, and ski resorts.

​

Kasia has a technical style of remedial massage that is adapted to each client’s needs and based in a thorough understanding of the importance of strength and conditioning, and restoring balance in the body.

​

Her interests lie in corrective treatment for pain or dysfunction for hip, back, shoulder, and neck conditions, including headaches. Treatments can include soft tissue massage, cupping, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, corrective exercises and stretching. Along the way Kasia has had experience with post surgery rehabilitation and treatment for sports injuries. She has undertaken further study in the prevention of running injuries and forefoot/barefoot running through The Running Clinic in Quebec.

Recently she has begun Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatments. MLD is a slow, gentle massage to enhance lymph flow and is used as a treatment for swelling, lymphoedema, sinus congestion and scar tissue.

​

She also has had additional training and experience in pregnancy massage allowing her to treat pregnant women in all stages of their pregnancy.

​

In her spare time Kasia likes to hike, snowboard, run, and is a practicing visual artist.
